Mr. Joseph Boakye Yiadom is a business professional with significant experience in finance and manufacturing. He provides invaluable support in Operations, Investment Process management, and business development services to Investee Companies of Oasis Capital.
Joseph started his career in 1999 with Mel consulting Limited as a Consultant, providing business development and financial management solutions to SME clients. Subsequently, he served as the Finance Manager of ENO International from January to October 2000.
He moved to Massilly Group (a French packaging Conglomerate) as Finance Manager in October 2000, where he rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director of the Ghana Operations from January 2005 to March 2013 when he resigned to join Oasis Capital, a Private Equity & Venture Capital Fund Management firm with US$77 million Assets under management.
He holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelorâs degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School.
